Apple trademark once again the world's most valuable brand in 2012
The communications agency MillwardBrown publishes a list of the 100 most valuable brands every year, the so-called "BrandZ Top 100 Most Valuable Global Brands".
In 2012, Apple is once again the world's most valuable brand with an estimated brand value of USD 182.951 billion. In second place is IBM with USD 115.985 billion, followed by Google with USD 107.857 billion. The most valuable German brand according to the assessment of the US company is Deutsche Telekom with a brand value of almost USD 27 billion.
These examples impressively demonstrate that the registration and maintenance of trademarks create considerable corporate values.
