Contract manufacturing for pharmaceuticals and medical devices

ECCLESIA mildenberger HOSPITAL GmbH invited selected business partners to its annual university seminar on 22.09.2011. This year's event had the theme "Crisis Management – Medical Liability – Safety Models" and took place at the Hilton Hotel Bremen.

During this event, Attorney-at-Law Christopher A. Wolf, MBA delivered a lecture on the topic "Contract Manufacturing Agreements for Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices". The audience was informed about the legal and economic background of contract manufacturing in order to gain an understanding of the interests of the parties involved in contract manufacturing and quality assurance agreements. In addition, the forum was to be made aware of the contractual risks existing within the scope of contract manufacturing and quality assurance agreements.
